SRD Computing & Engineering Co., Ltd. (SRD) is a specialist in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Building Information Technology (I.T.) and matures with its involvement in the CAD services for large scale projects in Hong Kong and development of application software in Facility Management Sector and Building Industry over two decades. Our engineering input and professionalism in Building I.T. are definitely contributing to the success of many mega projects built in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
With the experience in M&E services design and drawing handling, SRD has successfully developed its own software system - the 'Linkey' System for Drawing & Facility Management. 'Linkey' System has, in the last ten years, been applied in many prestige building complexes and institutions in the region with great success.
SRD is the dealer of 'Cymap' Building Services Design Software, originally developed in U.K., which is a powerful CAD integrated design software for HVAC, Electrical Installation and Plumbing systems. We are also the distributor of CADian 2D Drafting software in Hong Kong.
SRD is different from other software houses as we build the software with our expertise in engineering and IT.Being the original software develpoer, and with profound knoeledge gained during the development and application of 'Linkey' System over time, SRD is highly competent in providing tailor-made software system to our customers for use during building construction stage and also for post-construction space planning and maintenance management.
Our Associate Company, namely I&S Consulting Engineers Ltd., provides the professional consultancy services of Electrical and Mechanical System. Our professionalism of building services design can help our client benefit from the efficient and sustainable design solution.

The Team
SRD is founded in 1989 and has been employing professionals from Building Services, Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology for over a decade. Our professionalism of services, the design and supply of products would definitely meet the requirements of our clients to their total satisfaction. Our CAD services include preparation of Professional CAD drawings, 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Combined services Drawings and Coordination in either "AutoCAD" or "Microstation" format for buildings and process plants.
SRD is based in Hong Kong and has a large local CAD team and qualified Engineers for efficient communication with our customers to meet fast track construction program of building projects.
All members of staff in SRD are well-trained in both CAD technology and engineering design, so we would ensure high quality and accuracy of drawing production as well as providing an efficient and effective design solution.
